xG-Afterwork × Deep Tech Week

On May 21 we hosted xG-Afterwork at TU Berlin EINS. It turned into the kind of evening we'd hoped for: relaxed, curious, and full of conversations that didn't want to end.

This time we tried something different. No keynote, just eight back-to-back pitches exploring ideas ranging from photonics and neuromorphic computing to AI agents. We heard from:

• Mahdi Kaveh (Luxxonic)

• Jake Gearhart (Sutra-Telepod)

• Max Julius Bode (fiber-like)

We also did something we'd been wanting to try for a while: a curated matchmaking session. Instead of leaving connections to chance, we put people with overlapping needs in the same place at the same time.

For us, that's what xG-Afterwork is all about: connecting people who can move ideas forward. What a way to spend an evening during Berlin Deep Tech Week!
