xG-Afterwork #5

Thank you to everyone who joined our xG-Afterwork at TU Berlin on November 13, 2025. With more than 75 people attending, this was our most successful xG-Afterwork yet – what a great way to wrap up 2025!

A special thank you to Osman Tugay Başaran and Prof. Dr. Song-Ju Kim for pitching your projects, to Dr.-Ing. Hagen Woesner (Co-Founder and CEO, BISDN GmbH) for an insightful keynote, and to Professor Falko Dressler for generously hosting us. And of course, to everyone who stood up to introduce themselves – your openness and energy are a big part of what makes xG-Afterwork special.

At its core, xG-Afterwork is about creating space to share

(a) what you’re building,

(b) what you’re aiming for, and

(c) where you might need support.

You could call it networking, but to us, it’s really about community building. It’s not “What can I get?” but “How can we move forward together?”

As we head into the new year, we’d love to hear from you: What has xG-Afterwork brought you this year? New collaborators? Fresh ideas? A boost of motivation?
